STEP 4: As we locate properties that you have interest in we can schedule showings, research details about them, and help guide you to the purchase that is right for you!

STEP 5: Once you find the property you wish to pursue, we will help you submit an offer and negotiate terms. After your offer is accepted, we will expertly guide you through inspections, appraisal, title review and make sure you are "in the know" all the way to closing!
