Steps to Selling

PRICING, PREP & LISTING PAPERWORK - Once you’ve shown us your beautiful home it’s time for us to go to work! We analyze comparable sales and provide a listing price recommendation. Together we strategize the pricing to both meet your goals in selling, and procure a timely sale.

PHOTOS - Once you have completed any listing prep projects or recommended staging, we will schedule your listing photos! Photos are utmost important with today’s online home shoppers. We will coordinate with the weather and our professional photographer to ensure your home is looking its best. See our gallery below for examples of our listing photos!

MARKETING CAMPAIGN - After you have approved our listing proof, we will publish your listing to the public and launch our marketing campaign! We will ask you to share our social media posts that are designed to drive traffic to your listing.

SHOWINGS - We will notify you as we receive showing requests and wait for your confirmation before allowing the viewings. Pets should be secured or removed from the home if possible. Plan to turn all lights on, open shades, and leave the home clean and ready for Buyers to view!
5.
OFFERS & NEGOTIATIONS - Once we receive offers for your property we will review them together, negotiate the best agreeable terms, and get you moving on your way to a pending sale!
