What happens when you list a property?
Step 1 : CONSULTATION
At the initial consultation we will tour your home, make recommendations, and take notes about the property for our price evaluation. We will also review our Listing Services Guide with you, which explains our marketing approach and unique qualities as your potential listing Brokers!
Step 2 : PRICING & LISTING PAPERWORK
Once you’ve shown us your beautiful home it’s time for us to go to work! We analyze comparable sales and provide a listing price recommendation. Together we strategize the pricing to both meet your goals in selling, and procure a timely sale.
Step 3: PHOTOS
Once you have completed any listing prep projects or recommended staging, we will schedule your listing photos! Photos are utmost important with today’s online home shoppers. We will coordinate with the weather and lighting to ensure your home is looking its best!
Step 4 : LOCKBOXES & SIGN GO UP
We will collect two copies of your house key from you and place them in the lockboxes for agents to access. We will also flag a spot for your sign installation. In the following days, utility locates will be marked and the sign will go up in 3-4 business days!
Step 5 : MARKETING CAMPAIGN
After you have approved our listing proof, we will publish your listing to the public and launch our marketing campaign! We will ask you to share our social media posts that are designed to drive traffic to your listing.
Step 6 : SHOWINGS
We will notify you as we receive showing requests and wait for your confirmation before allowing the viewings. Pets should be secured or removed from the home if possible. Plan to turn all lights on, open shades, and leave the home clean and ready for Buyers to view!
